Brilliant Host and location which was perfect for our family gathering.

Pros: The Manager is super friendly and so accommodating for all our needs. the location is amazing with a gorgeous view of the mountains, and a quiet serene setting but close enough to good restaurants.

Cons: Bathrooms are a bit dated and could do with some maintenance to fill in missing grouting and tidy up silicone and our shower door didn't close properly.

A Lovely Throwback to Old World Charm

Pros: Location was perfect as we were attending a wedding at the neighbouring farm. Surrounded by beautiful wine farms and scenary.

Cons: Need better directions to the place as Google Maps really took us down a long-winded gravel road to get to the actual establishment.

Would highly recommend staying here, just wish we were there for longer

Pros: Stunning Guest House. Just so lovely and everything was perfect. Michele was so helpful and just a lovely person. Rooms were more than expected. Oh and the wines were good and we now have a new favourite Chenin

Pros: The location is beautiful, and the staff were lovely. Bella was a joy. The property must have been absolutely beautiful in its original days, but we had a lovely time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Cons: The rooms are starting to look tired and in need of some TLC & maintenance.

A most enjoyable stay

Pros: Michel met us on arrival. We were warmly welcomed and shown to our room and taken on a tour around the premises. We had booked the weekend as we were attending a wedding so sadly did not make use of their catering facilities. They were on offer though. The Guest House is on a beautiful wine farm with stunning views. We had a most comfortable stay. It is within easy reach of Somerset West and Stellenbosch. There are many restaurants in close proximity to the Guest House.
