Pros: Fab staff, great vibe- relaxing, quiet and very spiritual . A real opportunity to enjoy nature , the pool, veranda, and fabulous facilities. Feed your Soul, mind and body. Perfect location. Walking distance to the mountains and great restaurants . Will definitely return! 🌟🌟🌟🐾🌟🌟

It was most enjoyable and unusual with a lovely feel about it

Pros: The welcome from the owners, the dog and. cats and the staff was lovely. The place is stunningly natural with well established trees that protect from the hot sun in summer. Dapple green. We enjoyed the pool very much. Thank you for the plant. It will remind us of a very good time.

Tranquil inspiring stay

Pros: High Hopes felt like peaceful break-away, it offers privacy and the garden and cottages are very well taken care of. It is very central and the host is very accommodating and kind. Wish we stayed longer!

Great

Pros: Beautiful vintage-style rooms in a charming town. We booked at the last minute and arrived around 8 pm, and they accommodated us with exceptional kindness and friendliness. Parking is available outside in a safe area, and the beds are very comfortable with spacious rooms.

Peaceful, tranquil and comfortable accommodation in Greyton

Pros: High Hopes is in an ideal location for a stay in Greyton - just outside of the main part of the village and therefore peaceful and quiet, but still walking distance to the village and its restaurants and shops. Our room was spacious with a large comfortable bed, and a large bay window that looked out onto the natural garden. Sharon who checked us in was very helpful and friendly.

Cons: There were a number of relatively minor maintenance aspects that should have been attended to in the bathroom and a number of stains on upholstery and chairs that gave the room a slightly tired feel.

Great getaway location

Pros: Clean and well equipped! Great location to town and yet far enough away to enjoy a peaceful stay! Lovely garden and pool area ensuring a very relaxing weekend!

Pros: The retreat is on beautiful grounds and the rooms are very homelike and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and took good care of us.

Peaceful, comfortable and thoroughly loved High Hopes

Pros: I visited High Hopes with a friend and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The cottage we stayed in was spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated with quality linen. The property is secure, and we felt safe inside with our vehicle parked in front of the property. We enjoyed the garden surrounding the cottage and the visits from all the lovely pets and the birds singing in the trees. We encountered a problem on Sunday afternoon when we accidentally locked our keys inside the cottage. Sharon assisted us immediately with kindness and care and went out of her way to solve the problem as quickly as possible. Thank you, Ange, Sharon and the friendly staff for a lovely stay at High Hopes Retreat. We can’t wait to return and stay for a longer visit this time. I can highly recommend High Hopes to anyone who is looking for a comfortable and peaceful space situated in the beautiful village of Greyton.

Cons: The Fridge in the cottage froze all our veggies and fruit!! Please have a look at it :-)
