Great staff but facility's would be upgraded.

Pros: Jennifer is exceptional, friendly, professional and a great asset to this establishment. I hope the owners retain her as she is magnificent and the backbone of this guest house. I will definitely use this facility provided Jennifer is still managing it.

Cons: I think that the room could do with bedside tables with night lights. A table where one can sit and eat as there is a microwave. Possibly two lounge chairs. Bed is like sleeping on a plank its so hard Pillows coukd be upgraded.

Pros: It is quiet except for the noise and cigarette smoke from the neighbour

Cons: Cigarette smoke and the noise from the neighbour. No airconditioning, the roof fan was not working

Pros: I appreciate my receptionist; she has a calming, warm energy and is always caring and humble. The bedding and safe parking make you want to stay. Try this place once, and you won’t want to leave.

Unforgettable retreat

Pros: I enjoyed staying there except the noise and the cigarette smell from the neighbour which the venue has no control over it. Lovely venue

Welcoming!!!

Pros: I loved Mama (the owner) who was kind and accommodating. She went over and above what was expected of her. Jennifer was just as lovely and supportive. I loved even more how clean everything was, and the cheap price for the accommodation.

Cons: I wish there was a microwave in the room like advertised on the photos. The bathroom needs to have a door on it. Parking must be essential.

Pros: The lady that helped me check in was nice, the place itself was very nice. It near the mean road easy access to the main road where buses and taxies from Bellville to Cape Town pass. And it a walking distance to Grandwest Casino(5min) walk.

Cons: They were no shower catin, no outdoor table to just chill and relax but beside that i was happy😌 i will book it again
