Pros: A great host and lovely accommodation. The breakfast was excellent and the room with its small balcony was very well equipped. Thank you, Kevin!

Cons: Unfortunately, the bed was too small for me (1.93 m).

Lovely comfortable stay in Cape Town

Pros: Brookdale House was a lovely place to stay, the room was very clean and comfortable and the neighbourhood was really nice. Herman was a very welcoming and friendly host and made a delicious breakfast! I’d definitely recommend Brookdale house to anyone visiting Cape Town!

Pros: Very good location to reach sites in Cape Town. Very clean and comfortable facilities with fresh towels every day. The host went out of his way to make sure we are comfortable and that we had all we needed. I would also highly recommend the breakfast and marmelade!

Great value for money with super friendly staff.

Pros: Location was quiet & peaceful. Breakfast was excellent.

Cons: It would be nice if there was a small ' fridge in our room, however I realise thay our's was a standard room, so maybe some of the other rooms do have this facility.

Great stay in a lovely property with fantastic hosts

Pros: I can't recommend Brookdale House highly enough. Herman and Kevin were very welcoming and hospitable, my room was great and really comfortable and clean, breakfast was lovely. It's also in a very quiet neigbourhood. My flight wasn't until the afternoon so the hosts kindly let me stay and work in the lounge until it was time to leave, and provided tea!

Cons: Everything was great, and there wasn't anything I didn't like. It would have been handy to be able to plug in a charger by the bed, but a very minor observation.
