The room was nice and clean. The receptionist welcomed us nicely and she was very friendly.

Pros: The staff member was very nice and welcoming. We definitely use the place again the only thing that must be changed is the dish clothes.

Cons: The only thing that must be changed is the dish cloth and the was no coffee but sugar was there.

Pros: I had a pleasant stay at Blue Nile Guesthouse. The place was clean, peaceful, and comfortable. What made the experience even better was the warm and helpful service, especially from Alice. She was always kind, attentive, and made sure I had everything I needed. Thank you, Alice, for your hospitality!

Cons: One small suggestion for improvement: the room was quite cold, especially at night. Also, updating the furniture could make the place even better. But overall, I had a good experience and would consider coming back.

Pros: The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful with any of your needs or wants. The bed and bedding are very comfortable.

Cons: The toilet sometimes after use didn't fill the tank but kept pouring water into the bowl until you manually stop it. It wasn't a problem for us as it was an easy fix when the problem occurred.
