Ocean12 is located in the calm and safe suburb of Sunset Beach, only a 20-minute drive from Cape Town city center or the Table Mountain. We offer self-catering apartments, all with en-suite bathrooms and breathtaking views from lounge and deck. The house is practically on the beach. In every corner of the building modern design and clear lines can be found. All apartments have sliding doors to the deck and unobstructed views of the Table Mountain and / or the ocean. All bathrooms are spacious and exclusively tiled in natural stone. The floors have a warm, wooden look. Kitchens are fully equipped, alternatively there are also restaurants and cafés nearby.

Wunderschönes Anwesen direkt am Sunset Beach

Pros: Fantastische Lage und wunderschöne Zimmer und sehr netter Empfang . Angelika und Nicole haben alles gemacht, damit wir uns sehr wohl fühlen. Die Nähe zum Strand und die wunderschönen Sonnenuntergänge waren einmalig. Der Garten mit Swimmingpool ist eine Oase der Erholung. Die Dekoration und Einrichtung sind wunderschön. Es war alles da was man braucht inklusive Drinkwasser sogar eine Flasche Wein und Chips! Einfach Klasse!

Cons: Es gibt gar nichts zu meckern 😃

Eine Top Location

Pros: Die Lage direkt am Meer und der Blick auf Kapstadt war aussergewöhnlich. Mir hat auch besonders gut der geschmackvolle Garten sowie der top gepflegte Pool gefallen.

Cons: Die Terrasse war etwas klein und eine kleine Abtrennung zum Nachbarn wäre sinnvoll gewesen.

Pros: Posizione strepitosa all'interno del quartiere residenziale di Sunset e direttamente sul mare, per chi fa sport d'acqua si può uscire dal cancello con muta e attrezzatura e arrivare direttamente in spiaggia facendo 30 metri a piedi, impagabile. La camera era pulitissima, silenziosa e dotata di tutti i conforts. La vista incredibile, vedevamo Table mountain, Cape Town e l'oceano dalla finestra della camera da letto e dalla finestra della doccia, un sogno. Proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile.
