Comfortable and relaxing.

Pros: The room was clean, bright and a good size with a huge comfy bed.

Cons: There was a slight drain smell in the bathroom but it didn't permeate into the room.

Pros: Arrived late just after 18h00. haven't seen anyone and left very early. The key was left in the post box. Didn't meet any of the staff, but was happy with the room.. Thank you very much.

Clean, safe, comfortable and neat as a pin.

Pros: The room was very clean, and had most of what you would expect in a room. The support and communication was quick, clear and simple and very accommodating based on my late check in. The property and the experience was great and I will be using this location more frequently.

Cons: There wasn't an iron but I didnt ask for one to be provided. I am sure that If I requested one, they would have provided one for me.

Suited me perfectly for a few days in Somerset West, being just outside the town.

Pros: Excellent location, with comfortable clean Accomodation. Cafe on site for breakfasts. All the staff were helpful.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Check-in was quick and easy. Very comfortable beds, room clean, and has all you need for a 1 night stay. The property is absolutely beautiful and surpassed my expectations.

Cons: The door to the corridor was unlocked and there was no key to lock, which made me uneasy. The sound carries far as there was a lot of noise coming from the passage of either other guests or staff.

Excellent stay

Pros: The rooms are clean and well situated. The staff are incredible. Nico answered every call and catered to my every need. They even left a microwave in my room for me. The location was convenient for where I needed to be. The property is stunning.
