Pros: Very retro room with good facilities Lots of personal touches. Large unit too. Good parking.. The jacuzzi was a bonus.

Cons: The mosquito bites because the room was so hogh that the sprays were ineffective.

Simply the best!

Pros: The place is comfortable, spacious, clean and has all the required amenities. Host ensures that guests feel welcomed by having a welcome pack consisting of nice goodies.

Pros: Such a lovely guest house! The décor is beautiful, the place is clean and comfortable, and the welcome snacks were a really nice surprise. It felt warm and inviting from the moment we arrived. We had a great stay.

Refreshing

Pros: It’s located close to many amenities and has very unique finishes in the room.

Cons: The rooms were not refreshed frequently.

Pros: The interior is superb. Spotless and comfortable. The tranquility put us in a very relaxing mode. We loved it. Will surely book again.

Pros: Annelise and Dave were absolutely exceptional hosts! From the moment we arrived, they made us feel right at home. They were engaged, friendly and helpful, always checking in to see if everything was okay or if there was anything we needed. Above all, their engagement with us felt 100% genuine and authentic. Our unit was wonderful! We loved the décor and artwork, which were modern and a little playful yet tasteful. The unit had everything we needed for our stay: a cosy bed, comfortable furniture, a very well fitted out kitchen/dining area and much more. The complimentary bubbles, chocolates, chips and fresh flowers were an added bonus! The location is great – peaceful, safe and very central as a base for exploring the Helderberg area and surrounds.

Cons: The only thing we didn't like was having to say goodbye at the end! But, we'll definitely be back at Haus Michau. :-)

Pros: Oh I loved the way we were welcomed Annelise and Dave specially waited for us we felt so special when they looked so happy to see us.Thay showed us around and I must say the apartment we stayed in was exactly how it looked on the website we will definitely be back ♡

A gorgeous guesthouse with a creative twist — stylish, unique, and filled with character

Pros: Annelise and Dave were so friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. They were available at all times to answer any questions. The room was absolutely beautiful with such thoughtful touches. The bed was very comfortable and the linen was of a high quality.

The place is very nice smelled divine when we came here. Thank you Annelise for your hosting you are a wonderful person.

Pros: The building is very nice comfortable secure and safe. Beautiful inside and the host is very nice.

Perfect unit for work or holiday. Close to the beach.

Pros: Dave the host was there to meet me to ensure everything in the unit was working and to show me around the property.

Cons: There was nothing that I did not like.
