Pros: That I had privacy.Place is neat and safe and secure.Not noisy.The roof fan a big help in this heat. NETFLIX very good as most places has only dstv and that is so old school. Pleasant stay.

Cons: That you don't do monthly stays for less than the daily rates. The fridge is making a terrible noise in the night.
