Wonderful mountain views

Pros: Truly incredible mountain views, was astonished as felt like we had the mountain for ourselves

Cons: A little far from anywhere and calling uber either will need to walk to front gate (which is quite a walk) or give them code from the gate (which doesn’t feel right)

Beautiful spacious appartment. Comfortable bed… beautiful bathroom with shower and bath and the views were spectacular.

Pros: The property was the perfect location. Views were incredible and it was very clean and beautifully maintained

Cons: We had an issue with a bath plug that didn’t work which was disappointing and we didn’t have a bbq which we would have liked

Pros: The location is amazing if you are a trail runner or mountain biker, with direct access to a spectacular trail network.

Luxurious as advertised. The gowns were a very nice touch and the place is ultra safe

A gorgeous property, in a stunning location with amazing hosts!

Pros: The property was stunning and very well kept both the apartment and the shared areas. The kitchen has was well equipped with anything you would need. A very safe and secure property in the estate. It felt very private and exclusive the whole time which was an added bonus. The hosts were nothing but amazing!! They could not have been more accommodating or done more for us, amazing when we moved between properties (as we had two separate bookings) they made this such an ease without interrupting our day. Anytime we needed them their response to messages were just fantastic!

Beautiful, serene and peaceful with lovely view of the hills.

Pros: Serene, quiet and relaxing. Comfortable and spacious with a mini kitchen that included every appliance.

Cons: The insides of the cupboards could be cleaned a bit better as they were dusty. Also the outside patio and table and chairs could have been cleaned better before our arrival.

Nice appartment, however not sound-proof

Pros: Spacious room, lovely views from the terrace, proximity to wineries (Tokara, Delaire, Bartinney,…)

Cons: You can hear every word spoken in the room next door and the pool could have done with a clean

An ideal home away from home

Pros: We loved everything. An extremely clean, lovely smelling, quiet, spacious, well kitted place with everything you might need! The mountain views are unbelievable and cannot be captured on a photo. The staff were extremely friendly. And finding the place was very easy as the estate is on Waze. We had quick access to Stellenbosch, Paarl, Franschhoek etc. The room (nr 7) was amazing with a 18m old as she could run around and we could see her everywhere at all times. And all plugs are higher which made this room baby proof. There are also all kinds of plugs making it so convenient. The swimming area and common lawn was also lovely for a little one. Hosts also communicated and checked in often. We wish we booked this place for a week but will visit again.

Cons: I was worried about seeing recent reviews but the “abandoned areas” did not affect us in any way and feel the reviews were a bit unfair. Any negatives for us will be nitpicking. I would just suggest bringing bottled water for drinking (but I am a water snob :) )
