The West End Hermanus

Pros: The unit was built at the back of the house, with no access to the lounges, so the photos were a little deceiving. I suggest booking unit 1 or 2 which is the better units.

Cons: Kitchen cupboards desperately need to be redone

Pros: The room was spacious, modern and neat. The coffee machine was a bonus - we just needed to go buy milk as there was nothing in the fridge, but did have coffee beans and sugar.

Cons: Stayed in the unit at the back of the property - tenants at the upstairs unit was noisy (luckily not after 22h00). But they did sit on the steps (next to our unit) to smoke and talk on the phone, that was disturbing. We were looking for the aircon unit remote - that we could not find, so we had to open windows - that let the noise in from upstairs.

Perfect for a family weekend and value for money.

Pros: Loved the space, simple and clean and met my family needs for the weekend. I also liked the fact that I had the space to myself with no host dropping by, it was seamless.

Cons: I would suggest more lighting in the backyard as it is dark. But they did have a portable lamp :-)

Great stop over

Pros: Very comfortable and practical. Good for a stop over.

Cons: The parking is a challenge for a large vehicle.

Pros: The 1 bedroom unit was cozy and ideal for a short stay. Clean and comfortably furnished Close to the beach.

The environment is very safe, place is clean 👏🏾

Pros: Everything was excellent, except one of the cleaners who was very rude to us, simply because we asked her to take us a picture… she told us she’s there to work for her children her job is not taking pictures, we were very disappointed

Great pool, clean, secure & value for money

Pros: Beautifully clean. Had everything but an iron. Bed enormous and comfy. Shower 1st class. Very secure. Owner, manager and especially the young woman looking after the place were a delight. The pool is so welcome for a cool down. It’s a very affordable, safe and basic place. Will use it again.

Cons: No iron 😂

Pros: My sister & her husband with his brother and wife went for the weeking on my booking I made as my plans had a family emergency. I will check with them but when she phoned me she could only tell me that it was huge and fanbulous.

Pros: The place exceeded our expectations, lived the pool the coffee machine was awesome, really enjoyed the stay.

Cons: To be honest maybe a fan or aircon, but the pool was our escape from the heat so it was ok.

Pros: Everything felt personalised and fit just for us. We enjoyed the pool and clean environment. Everything was great from the moment we got there. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating people. The location is close to the beach and a shopping mall to get all your desired needs. Definitely going back next year!
