Pros: I like the calmness of this place and my kids love the swimming pools.

Cons: There is nothing i didnt like.

Pros: The unit was spotless. The kitchen is well eqiuiped with everything you might need. Safe covered parking for my car.

Cons: I did not like that the unit was on the 3rd floor. The front door's lock is faulty. The birds on the balcony was a disturbance. Fellow tenants kids were very noisy & came to play in front of our door (on 2 separate occasions). We could hear the loud music etc from the informal settlement tilll late in the night.
