Perfect - just what we were looking for!

Pros: Great location. - can walk to the cliff path and beach and the mountains. Very quiet, good Mountain View’s and fully functional

Pros: super host who checked that everything was ok on a number of occasions. Very friendly and happy to help. Cottage was as described on booking site and everything worked. Lovely pool.

Cons: as we had booked 9 nights it would have been nice to have the cottage serviced once or twice during our stay. would have liked more facilities in the bathroom - toilet roll holder

A very pleasant experience ,giving us a few days to acclimatise and see the local sights without having to worry about a

Pros: Very secure, clean, tidy and surrounded by a lovely garden and pool. Also the owners were very welcoming and extremely helpful and friendly.

Cons: We are a tall couple and so found the main bed a little too small, otherwise everything was just fine. Perhaps some people would find the proximity of the cottage to the main house somewhat intrusive, but we found out quickly this was not the case, and were able to have full use of all the facilities, including the pool whenever we wanted, which was seldom.

Pros: Beautiful cottage 🤩 with a beautiful garden. Very clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. Very friendly host

Pros: The cottage was very quiet and peaceful, and safe with a gated parking space. The cottage was very clean, and Tharina and the family were responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Highly recommended as a base to explore Hermanus!

Pros: Felt like home! Location, pool, rooms and staff, including dog Jasper! Really enjoyed our stay in this perfect holiday town, close to the beach, hikes and our daughter could play with the youngest kids of the family.

Lovely place

Pros: Security was amazing. It was very peaceful and a great location. Staff were very helpful.

Cons: The outside toilet didn’t work, pool could have been cleaner.

It was a comfortable stay in a beautiful place

Pros: Beautiful house and the modern furnishings therein. Proximity to the town centre. Walking distance to the sea and safe to walk around with kids. The host even offered their personal toys to our son. We were specially impressed by presence of solar backup so we did not feel the effects of load shedding. Host was very accommodating when we requested to check out a little later than mandated. All in all the host was very welcoming!
