Really perfect for what we needed and thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Pros: Really great stay at the property. It was a short walk from the main high street and the property has everything we needed and more ! We had an issue with the wifi when we first arrived but the host had someone round to the property in less then an hour to fix it.

Lovely, well-equipped apartment

Cons: Didn’t feel safe walking from restaurants to apartment once it was dark and we couldn’t get a taxi.

Comfortable space, quiet, clean and well equipped. Perfect for a short or long stay.

Pros: The apartment is wonderfully spacious. We are a family of four with two small children and the space was perfectly comfortable. It is a relatively new build, and the overall condition of the apartment (and surrounding buildings) is excellent. There are most, if not all, of the usual day to day items you would need to fix a dinner or breakfast etc. with options of where to take your seat for the meal. We found the apartment very clean and tidy and thankfully had no need to test the backup inverter system that is installed. The location is great if you aren’t looking to be on the main road. It is a fair walk to the Woolies and other stores, about 15 minutes (downhill and uphill back but not fierce at all). Five minutes in the car to basically anywhere else in town. This makes it nice and quiet without any traffic (not that there is much in Franschhoek).

Cons: Not much negative to say, it will be our first option should we return to Franschhoek anytime soon.

A really good apartment and we won't hesitate to be back!

Pros: We received a detailed message from the host, clearly explaining how to access the property. The apartment was very clean and tidy. Something so simple but often overlooked - there was dishwashing liquid in the kitchen as well as a dishcloth. One can easily walk to the shops if you would want to.

Cons: There is literally nothing that I would have wanted different or better!
