Nice secure and comfortable apartment

Pros: It was a safe, secure, and comfortable apartment. It wasn't close to the usual shops as Pick-n-Pay, Checkers, or Woolworths, though Century City was only a 30-minute walk away. It wasn't too far from the beach and nice walk to Woodbridge.

Cons: A number of issues which we highlighted to the owner, the advertised size of the apartment of 603 square feet is much smaller, (for the size, you'll have expected a two-bedroom apartment) the kitchen needs to be fully equipped, that includes knives, ladles, and fixing the microwave. I suppose previous occupants didn't cook.
