Perfect two-night stay

Pros: Location is perfect, walking distance from Canal Walk and Madame Zingaras. Secure parking & smooth check-in. Studio ample for a stay over. Microwave & hob and small fridge.

Pros: Fast, friendly and accommodating, since I was delayed from the airport. The place is in excellent condition and perfectly located in a safe, secure environment. As a woman travelling alone, I loved it there

Beautiful restful experience

Pros: View. Layout of the place. Papy from the concierge was the only individual that explained things in context. Spacious area. 2 bathrooms and balcony. Beautiful apartment.

Cons: No aircon, check out process needs to be worked on. I called customer support but they didn’t have answers to reassure me. Keys should be left in end apartment but how do you get out the doors after the elevator? Nobody knew. Check in was late due to cleaning however staff was polite.

A stay worth repeating.

Pros: I arrived at the venue earlier than expected. The front desk security assisted me with getting the keys. They walked into the apartment hotel with me and introduced the cleaning staff to me, as well as showed the room to me.

Cons: I could not leave the key at the front desk when I left the apartment. I forgot to call the service agency to pick the key up. Maybe look at changing that service - drop off at the front desk when leaving the apartment.

Good vacation

Pros: It's location close to shopping complex and secured

Cons: Good customer relations and checking clients timeously

Comfortable safe Business stay!

Pros: With Cape Town traffic being such a challenge, I found these Apartments to be very central for travelling.

Cons: Clean, pristine apartment. Safety at security exceptional. Will definitely book there again. Highly recommendable!!!!

It was super cold, I feel they should add housekeeping to the rate.

Pros: Great location with friendly efficient staff. The studio was spacious and well decorated.

my stay was good, even though I spent most of my time at work, because I travelled for work.

Pros: I didn't book breakfast and the location was perfect for me

Cons: There was no DSTV, Shower cap and a Hair dryer,

Cons: Nothing specific, just wish there was a long(full length mirror) somewhere in the apartment
