Our second home in Cape Town

Pros: We liked the big double door fridge and having a washing machine was a plus. We truly enjoyed our stay. Thanks Sandra for the Christmas card and a bottle of sparlung wine on New Year's day. My hubby and I recommend this place.

Cons: Dog barking on some of the nights but overall we loved the place. It was real value for money

Pros: The washing machine facility became very handy for doing the washing as we stayed for 9 days! The walking distance to the conference venue is a highlight for me bcs the Uber costs were cut

Cons: We were without water for a day but that was beyond the owner 's control

It was good

Pros: Loved the open plan layout. The double door fridge and the kitchen and the outside seating area. We liked knowing that our car was safe

Cons: We didn't like the mould on the ceilings and the bathroom was a bit too small for my liking. Someone should show guests how to operate the tv as well.

Pros: Arthur and Sandra were amazing hosts, shout out to Gloria for keeping the place spotless. The apartment is spacious enough for a couple or solo traveller (like myself). It is equipped with everything one needs. All in all I had a great stay and a bonus is that it's affordable, this during peak season in Cape Town.
