Brilliant stay in secure estate: a stone's throw from private hospital!

Pros: Everything was super clean, new and comfortable. It was only 550m from the Busamed hospital with secure access and an undercover parking spot. I felt safe and loved the quiet at night. The host was super at communicating all the details. I can definitely recommend!

Modern and comfortable Apartment.

Pros: The apartment is based in a very safe and secure area and is equipped with all the essentials. Close to a nice Shopping Centre. Strand beach is located a few min walk from the apartment. Will definitely be booking my next visit with The Jade.

Highly recommend this place.

Pros: It is certainly a home away from home. I use them every month.

Cons: Nothing to complain about. 1 trip I was cold and the host was quick to arrange a heated blanket for me.

Pros: Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung, sauber und gepflegt, gute Küchenzeile, ohne lästigen Schnickschnack. Überwiegend gute Vorabinfos durch Eigentümer. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Parkmöglichkeit vorhanden.

Cons: Mir war die Größe der Apartmentanlage unangenehm. Ich fand das Ensemble etwas sehr nüchtern.

Lovely clean, modern, comfortable apartment. Had an amazing stay and definitely to be recommended.

Pros: Clean and beautiful apartment and had everything we needed. Very good quality linen, towels, utensils, appliances with all the cleaning materials supplied. Upmarket apartment and super clean!

Cons: It's a pity that the walk to the gate is quite far if you have luggage and have to use Ubers waiting outside the gate. Perhaps indicate on the booking the apartment is on the 2nd floor. Leave info that there is a LifeStyle building with restaurants, swimming pool etc. I could not find the small white bags to fit into the kitchen and bathroom bins. Perhaps leave a note of where to take the black bags to. I eventually found the sections with the bins. To conclude: A short 'Info booklet for quick reference':)
