Island Club by Smart City Stays

Pros: Comfy, nice, and spacious. Great staff and service. Very safe neighborhood, just next to the shopping mall (connected with 1 bridge), convenient for shopping. A lot of parking, secured, 15 min from Cape Town city centre.

Pros: Spacious, comfortable apartments and a great location. The bathrooms are a little old but for the price it’s good value for money.

Pros: The location was perfect for me because I wanted to be in Century City, its very central for Cape Town in general. You can travel anywhere in Cape Town from Century City and the Ubers are easy to find. The place is great, will certainly stay again

Cons: The wifi password was a bit of a hassle to get. Try printing it out and leaving it in the room in a prominent place where guests can see it, otherwise hand it over to the guests when they collect the keys. If I am already in the room, I should not struggle to find the wifi password.

Pros: Friendly staff to welcome and check you in. Easy and convenient location. Close to a mall. Apartment was easy to locate. Very big and spacious. Had all amenities and was clean and modern. This apartment made your stay comfortable and luxurious.

Cons: Linen and receiving towels always arrives late

Pros: The rooms were spacious and clean. I loved the bottled water that was supplied. My daughter loved the chocolates. Regular sized fridge

Cons: I was not able to close the blinds on the bathroom window and entire bathroom was visible from building across the road. I checked the window and it didn't have a privacy film on it!!! Also, glass wasn't even frosted. The 2nd bathroom did have blinds that closed.

I had a pleasant stay in a spacious, clean three-bedroom apartment with beautiful, tranquil scenery.

Pros: I enjoyed the experience. The surroundings were beautiful and tranquil, offering a peaceful atmosphere. The apartment was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it a perfect place to stay.

Cons: One small downside was that the bed in the main bedroom was quite squeaky, so a replacement might be a good idea. The windows could also use a thorough clean. I understand Cape Town’s moisture can affect them, but it was noticeable that they hadn’t been cleaned in a while.

Overall such a nice stay so close to canal walk and a costa close by. Definitely a place you want to stay for longer tha

Pros: The place was bigger than I expected and such a short walk to the food court entrance of canal walk. The cleaning staff were also extremely friendly

Cons: The bathroom lights were not working properly and there were no fans or aircons but with the windows open it was cool enough

Pros: The apartment was very nice with a very nice view.

Cons: The cleaning utensils were not available, specially the broom... We could not wep the beach sand from the floor.
