Exceptional

Pros: The apartment is well-situated for somebody who prefers having a view of the beach and the sea from their room. We loved almost everything about it, it's very close to the city-centre, well-furnished and cleaned. Zintle was a very lovely host, always within reach and has excellent customer care. We're definitely booking this accommodation again next time we go to Cape Town.

Cons: Wifi only connects when one is in the room. It would help to have wifi for the rest of the building.

Pros: The Host.Zintle is very receptive and friendly, she came to meet us and recommended places to visit. Great hosting.

Cons: It would be nice for the place to be refreshed every 2nd day. Empty the bins, new towels etc. But when we asked it was done.

Pros: My family and I had the best holiday! Zintle was an amazing host and Aphelele took great care of us. The apartment is clean, comfortable and has great aesthetics. The kitchen has everything you can think of to make your stay feel like home. Our apartment had a sea view, the photos don't do justice. Uber Eats, Checkers and PicknPay deliver within minutes. There's always security at reception making the place very safe. The restaurant has the best view with a heated pool. There's another pool on the roof top and a nice chilling area. The security staff is also very helpful and friendly. We'll definitely be back 🥰❤️💯

Beautiful apartment

Pros: Zinhle is very helpful and she starts communicating with you days before your arrival, she even came for a meet and greet! The view is stunning and the stuff is friendly and very helpful

Pros: Ohw what an amazing experience, host is always present to help.

Cons: For the kind of holiday we were on with my friends we needed peace and quiet so not much of that but it was not that much of a problem

Pros: Friendly and helpful service. Reasonable price. The apartment was comfortable and fully equipped. The location was perfect, close to all main roads. Lovely sunset view.

Great family accommodation

Pros: Zintle was a great host, communicates well and really helpful. The apartment is close to a lot of attractions, canal walk, table mountain, waterfront V&A are all more or less 30 minutes from the place.

Cons: Not the place but surrounding area, there is an off-ish smell coming from the riverside that merges with the ocean next to the apartment. Not the fault of lagoon beach apartments.
