Lagoon Beach Luxury Apartments

Pros: The view, the apartment itself, the cleanliness. I liked everything about the lagoon, the pictures I saw on the advertisement were real

We had a tranquil, luxurious holiday.

Pros: The property was clean with good equipment and well decorated .

Cons: They did not give us clean towels the next day. If they could make that clear on check in so people can bring the washing machine soap because they is a washing in the property

Great Stay

Pros: Apartment was well furnished just like the pictures. U get what u see. Good sea views. Overall great stay

Cons: Flow of water in the shower was slow. For the price paid, there should be a free daily or every 2nd day cleaning service. Esp any stay for longer then 3 days. Also no long mirrors or a mirror by a plug point for women to blow dry their hair.

Pros: Loved the location and views , facilities were amazing

Cons: No air conditioning especially in dec , we struggled with the heat in the apartment . Also the lack of cleaning services , only once for a 9 night stay . The apartment had a broken mop so we struggled with the cleaning

Pros: The key collection was simple however the location of the apartments on booking.com and the entrance of the apartments were different

Cons: Need to put fans in the rooms for summer time

Loved loved the place, the location and the breathe taking view. Thank you so much

Pros: The code to the key box was provided. It is just a little bit challenging to open the box. You require a knife/screw driver to open the top of the box.

Cons: Would be helpful to have the wifi password more accessbile. Perhaps a peace of paper attached in the fridge / wall with wifi details, etc.
