Pros: Large and well apportioned. Enjoyable place! All the amenities necessary for a business traveller.

Cons: There was no air conditioning, and the apartment was on the hot side of the building. So it was quite stuffy and I needed to keep the curtains closed during the day

Good location in central Rondebosch

Pros: This is a smart looking studio with the bed area separated from the living area by a half dividing wall, so there is no separate bedroom, as such. All basic equipment as required in the kitchen area with good TV, sofa and a small table. Bedroom area was good with ample wardrobes. The location is very central to Rondebosch and suited us as only 100m or so from family. Secure site with good security and grill gate to apartment. Allocated parking space in secure area. Comfy bed and shower was OK.

Cons: No view as this is in a built up residential area and quite close to the railway line, also quite noisy traffic. Shower head could have been better

Pros: Spacious apartment. Convenient to local shops, supermarkets. Secure and manned entry.

Cons: Lack of central heating is an issue with most SA properties in winter. There was a plug-in heater in this apartment thankfully!

It was perfect.

Pros: The place is safe. It's close to the shopping mall and Main Road. The staff at reception were warm and friendly. The room was clean and tidy. Everything was there that I needed for my stay.

Lovely spot, easy distance from all the essentials. Comfortably furnished, clean and safe.

Pros: Excellent location, easy walking distance to shops and good starting point for seeing local attractions. The apartment is spacious and comfortable with all the necessities with a lovely view of trees and the Rondebosch public library. Feels very safe.

Cons: Getting in and out on foot is a bit awkward, one needs to be buzzed in and out by security. Some got to know me which made things easier but sometimes there was someone I hadn't met yet so they had to check who I was each time. There is a remote for the driveways so getting in and out with a car is easier.

Cons: Talvisesonki aikana huoneistossa oli erittäin kylmä.
