Well located, well decorated with quality furniture, great views. Excellent value.
Pros: The apartment is beautifully furnished, clean, comfortable, well equipped (appliances, etc), with beautiful views. I really enjoyed staying here and would 100% stay again. Excellent value for money.
Cons: Nothing, to be honest.

Pros: Location was beautiful. the vibes were great and the setting set the mood.
Cons: Just make sure next time their are forks in the kitchen lol- i was looking everywhere, could not find any. Was something very minor lol, but other than that everything was great.

Comfortable and central apartment
Pros: This fourth-floor apartment in Intaka Island was clean and well equipped. Free dedicated parking is provided in the basement. Our host, Mthabisi, was friendly and accommodating when we arrived. He showed us to our unit and handed over the keys and remote control for the gate. Seamless check-in. The apartment has an en suite bathroom with a shower and a bath. The kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave and all the other utensils needed for comfortable self-catering. The oversize TV has a good variety of channels available through a streaming subscription.

Beautiful, Peaceful, Amazing stay
Pros: The apartment was incredibly clean and beautiful. Very friendly staff, easy check in process just great. There were little personal touches that I appreciated like arriving and having an electric blanket on because Cape Town was a little chilly🙂🙂 so it's was definitely worth it

My stay here exceeded my expectations. I am staying here the next time I am in town.
Pros: I absolutely loved everything about this apartment. Top tier service, The host was such a great help, he went over and above to help us from collecting us from where we were lost and escorted us to the apartment. The lights are on during load shedding, The wifi connection is super fast and efficient and works during load shedding as well. I had a headache from traveling all day & I was so surprised to see that he had Panado there as a complimentary, as if he know. The staff was professional, friendly and helped me with my bags during check out. The estate has high level security and it is located perfectly near amenities and canal shopping mall. This place honestly ticks all the boxes for me Views ✅ Security ✅ Hospitality ✅ Air conditioning ✅ Cleanliness ✅ Comfort✅ Supplies ✅✅✅✅ Thee absolute BEST!

Pros: Вполне неплохие апартаменты. Район безопасный, но далековато от основной движухи, нужна машина, если она есть, то проблем нет. Комплекс охраняется, парковка крытая, по району можно гулять безопасно даже вечером. В пешей доступности большой ТЦ. Апартаменты оборудованы неплохо, но не хватает нормального обеденного стола (есть за журнальным столиком неудобно) и места для сушки волос. Фен вроде есть, но непонятно, где сушить волосы - розеток с переходниками рядом с зкркалом не хватает. Кухня оборудована, но не было масла для жарки, соли (обычно это всё есть). Очень плохая звукоизоляция у входной двери и окна в спальне - слышно всё, что происходит за ней, в сильный ветер в щели громко воет ветер. Ну и были некоторые проблемы с поиском этого жилья. А в целом вполне неплохое жильё, чистое, хорошая постель, есть нетфликс и что важно - безопасно. Мелкие недочёты хозяева устранят со временем, я думаю.

Great location and amenities
Pros: Short walking distance to Canal Walk 😁😁 The agent was great too. Loved the big size TV that offered many options to watch. The views into the Canal are lovely.
Cons: Load shedding which really isn't their fault was annoying. They also need to put the Apartment number on their address as I got stranded. The taxi driver from airport abandoned me at the gate with my suitcases in the rain, not professional. 😡
