Nice apartment, next to the beach and Somerset West / Stellenosch area, very safe.

Pros: The flat is newly renovated and in very good condition - as on the pictures. The location close to the beach is prefect; however, the early morning traffic to Cape Town, starting before 06:00, is a downside. Security is very good. Would come again. Good location to relax and explore the Somerset West / Stellenbosch area.

Cons: Traffic noise in the morning.

Beautiful place and magnificent view and our stay was really pleasant.

Pros: The interior modern and beautiful. The view spectacular and the safe walks on the beach and the new walkway were awesome.

Cons: The building needs renovation as it is not doing this beautiful furnished place justice and we did not feel safe when arrived due to the first impression of the building. The place can do with more pots and pans, towels in the kitchen limited.

Pros: Kaylene was absolutely fantastic. Upon arrival, we wanted to have some toast, but when switching on the toaster, the electricity tripped. I called her and informed her about the issue we experiencing. Shortly, thereafter, we received a brand new toaster delivered to the apartment. I would recommend this place highly.

Cons: The only issue we had, was the shower and the flow of the warm water in the bathtub. The water in the shower could not be adjusted. It was either too hot or too cold. The light in the second bedroom was also not working and the bed lamp was also faulty. Apart from these minor issues, we had a lovely stay.

Lovely Apartment with stunning views on False Bay

Pros: Lovely decorated apartment with a beautiful view over False Bay and Cape Point. Everything in the apartment including fans, kitchen utensils , beds and linen and white goods of highest quality. Kaylene were very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Very Secure apartment with secure parking.

Cons: As this property is across a public park close to the beach it becomes very busy and noisy over weekends but becomes peaceful again after sunset. We were out most of the time returning back late so this was not a huge problem for us.
