Bridgewater One Apartments

Pros: Lovely place. Can't rate staff because there's no contact with them as this is a self catering apartment without regular cleaning services

Cons: There's no cold/heat aircon and on weeks like mine when it was soo cold,that would have been handy

Was very happy at this apartment and would recommend it to anyone attending a conference

Pros: LOVED the location so close to the Conference Centre, apartment was well fitted out, classy and comfortable. Great security

Cons: Battled on arrival to find the keys as there was no-one at the bottom Reception but I did push the buzzer and they came to fetch me. Do feel the cleaning fee is exorbitant

It was enjoyable and peaceful, and it’s worth visiting.

Pros: The location of the accommodation and the view were good, and the suite was comfortable. I liked the quick response in resolving the issue I mentioned.

Cons: I did not like the presence of many cobwebs throughout the facilities in general, and especially on the balcony and the lights, where there were numerous cobwebs.

Pros: Good location for the conference. A cart service would be good instead of having to move heavy bags across. Entrance should be better identified. I had to go from one end to the next.

Cons: No bath soap or shampoo was provided. Only hand wash yet they said toiletries provided.

Cons: The bedroom window does not have blinds, the sun woke me up at 6am

The stay at Bridgewater was fantastic, offering convenient proximity to both the CBD and Big Bay.

Pros: The apartment was nice and clean, walking distance to Canal Walk and near by restaurants. It's situated by the calm Ratanga Park

Cons: Just wish there was a kitchen towel or cloth to make cleaning the counter easier

Pros: Beautiful,clean studio apartment. Near Canal walk mall.

Cons: The wifi password😡. We stayed for 5 nights. Repeatedly asked for the password. They send you the same automated message asking you to send photos etc.This was not sorted out. I saw in previous comments that this is an ongoing problem.If you can attend to this I would have give a higher rating.

Pros: The place was clean, had everything I needed and the staff was friendly.

Cons: However, there was no aircon in the room.

Pros: Location was perfect as its right close to Canal Walk shopping centre.Excellent service received overall. I would definitely recommend it to anyone that would need accommodation within Century City .
