Voir la Mer - Blouberg Beach

Really lovely to wake up to the sounds of the surf and iconic view of Cape Town. We had a great stay.

Pros: Location was stunning. Bathrooms really well appointed. Beds comfy. Living room had amazing view but was a bit ‘cold’ without any floor rugs. Other than minor things, the place was a great base to enjoy and explore Cape Town. We met the owner who was super friendly

Cons: Kitchen was ok - cooker didn’t work well though. Stovetop dials had no markings and oven heat poor.

Pros: The seaviews were amazing and the sunsets perfect. The beach was a stone throws away.

Cons: The early traffic noise in the mornings from the main road. This is expected due to.limited road access to the city.

Home away from home, comfortable and clean!

Pros: Loved the high ceilings, the views from the bedrooms and living area were spectacular, and the property was very clean and tidy. Very close to the beach. The toaster was faulty and the property owners delivered a brand new one in a matter of hours. The owners attended to all our queries and needs promptly! Won’t mind going back at all.

Cons: The shutters were a bit difficult to operate but once you follow instructions and get a hang of it, all was good!

I already miss Cape Town.

Pros: The location is very beautiful, with easy access to tourist sites, and it's safe. The apartment is modern and has all the comfort. I will definitely go again with my family. Highly recommended. Thank you for the Perfect Vacation - Voir la Mer

Cons: Everything was perfect. My stay was short and my family wanted more time to enjoy the place.

Pros: Location excellent right on the beach Nice surprise was a lovely bottle of wine as a welcoming treat Tea.coffee. toiletries and dish washing liquid were available which was great after a long flight without having to shop Shops and restaurants were within easy walking distance from the apartment Will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Cape Town

Pros: The place was beautiful and clean. The stuff was also friendly.

Cons: I didn't like that we had to check-out at 10am, it was too early

Relaxing and enjoyable place for a weekend away from home.

Pros: Location was great, beach is just across the road. Facilities was on ground floor so that was a bonus. Neat, and tastefully furnished place, bed very comfy. Restuarants nearby.

Cons: Very windy but that cant be helped. Just a small issue if a vanity bin could be placed in the main onsuite bathroom. The second bedroom has one but not the main bedroom (would be good for removal of make-up wipes etc)

Cons: Very minor issues: No shampoo or conditioner. No cloths in the kitchen.

A special thank you for the complimentary wine - it was a lovely and much-appreciated gesture. We needed to extend our stay by an extra day, and the process was seamless and hassle-free. Cons: Overall, a pleasant stay with just a minor note. The apartment was comfortable and well-located, but we did notice that a few items listed on the inventory as available were not present upon arrival. We promptly informed the host, who acknowledged the oversight. While it wasn’t a major issue for us, we felt it was important to mention so there would be no misunderstandings. Thankfully, it didn’t affect our stay in any significant way.
