Atlantic Port 9 by Host Agents

Pros: I recently stayed at Atlantic Port 9 and overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent just a short walk/ drive from the beach and local shops, so it was easy to get out and explore without much hassle. The parking on the premises gave me peace of mind and the apartment itself was clean, modern and comfortable. I especially liked the balcony and the layout of the bedrooms. And lounge. The host made sure things were set up well.

Pros: I liked the modern layout and the beds were so comfortable! The decor was lovely. We particularly loved view from the main bedroom and the balcony looking out on Table Mountain. The cupboard space was great too as we booked the place for three weeks. Loved the sliding door opening onto the main balcony from the main bedroom as it helped to air the room in the Dec / Jan heat. Facilities include a hair dryer, ironing board and iron which were a nice to have given our length of stay. The cleaning service once a week was good too. There were two parking bays reserved undercover which was convenient. Nice feature was a Weber in the balcony including fire lighters, matches and braai (barbecue for overseas guests) tools. The apartment met 99% of our needs and Gideon from the Hosting Agents, was awesome too, keeping in touch and making sure we had what we needed. For example, he quickly sorted out an issue with the kettle upon arrival, replacing it within 2 hours.

Cons: Going to be a bit critical as we had a long stay and what would normally be ok for a few days' stay, actually isnt acceptable for the time and what was charged. One remote and one set of keys for 3 adults' occupancy became tricky. We had our own key cut and eventually Gideon loaned us a spare remote. Many dirty marks on walls and doors gave a \

Pros: It is quite and literally +-5min walk to a lot of shops and the beach

Cons: The stairs - Though Gideon helped me at check in, and offered as well at check out, it was a bit too much for my sisters when they came because we arrived in different days

Location, site and staff were all perfect!

Pros: We loved the security and its close proximity to the places we wanted to be. The place was clean, tidy and had all the amenities we needed. Parking was onsite and safe.

Cons: We didn’t like that we had to leave.

Apartment was great but your systems are terrible.

Pros: The apartment was very comfortable and the equipment new.

Cons: You sent me multiple requests for payment, which led to me paying twice. It has now become complicated to get my money back. The person who brought the keys was late, and claimed he wasn't. We were not told of the comfort pack, and he didn't give us the wifi password until we asked for it on WhatsApp. He then sent the wrong one.

Beautiful home away from home...

Pros: The ocean is just down the road. Cubana and News Cafe around the corner. Spar and Ok, infact shops are just down the street as well as ATMs.

Cons: Stairs but not hectic.

Pros: Started off bit rough but Gideon went out of his way to make sure, things were sorted and to our comfort. Thank you Gideon for being a great host.

Cons: What I didn't like was sorted.....
